Volcano Eruption (DIGITAL DOWNLOAD)

$13.99

Pull the hidden latch to drop baking soda into the vinegar reservoir and set off an eruption! This fully-functional volcano model is a stunning recreation built using laser-derived altitude data from aerial surveys.

The volcano modeled is Mount Shishaldin, in the Aleutian Islands of Alaska. This is a very large stratovolcano, which has the characteristic steep-sided cone shape. This is different from the less steep shield volcanoes. This interactive model brings new convenience to an old standard demonstration.

Save the hassle and mess of traditional paper mache volcano models and reuse this model over and over for years to come.
